Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all retreats, workshops, and programs booked through SSOUL CLUB (Mimo Collective L.L.C-FZ). Specific terms for a given program, including deposit amounts, are shown on that program's booking page and take precedence over the general terms below where they differ.

Deposits

Where a program is booked with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as credit toward any other SSOUL CLUB program within 6 months of the original program date.

Refunds by timing

• Cancel more than 2 months before the program: full refund, minus the deposit.
• Cancel 1–2 months before the program: 50% of the total refunded.
• Cancel within 1 month of the program: no refund available.

Shorter programs and single-session bookings

For single-session workshops and shorter programs (such as The Practice), the deposit and refund timing above may be adjusted to reflect the shorter lead time between booking and the program date. The specific policy for these programs is shown at checkout on the relevant product page.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand life happens. If something urgent comes up, reach out to us and we'll do our best to support you on a case-by-case basis.
