two souls, one mission

Our Story

Born in January 2024, SSOUL CLUB is not a wellness brand — it's two women who got tired of building other people's dreams and started building their own.

Emma studied breath and meditation across four countries. Sarah studied movement and old ways of working with the body across two continents. Neither knew the other existed until they did — and it turned out they were building the same thing.

We don't run escapes. Escapes end when the flight lands. We create spaces, so you can expand and where you leave clearer than you arrived.

Not fixed. Not healed. Just a step closer to who you're actually trying to become.

FOUNDERS

THE BODY

Sarah

"For over a decade, I have been studying and experiencing the intelligence and wisdom of the human body. My years spent living in South and Central America reshaped my approach to movement, grounding me in deep self-awareness and the wisdom I gathered directly from indigenous teachers. My work weaves together yoga, pilates, breath, ritual, and stillness, moving far beyond performance. To me, the body is a sacred gateway to deeper connection with ourselves, each other, nature, and something greater. I am not here to fix or change you. I am here to invite you to be present with what's already there, to listen, and to simply land."

Sarah leads Ssoul Club's movement, yoga, and pilates programming, while guiding community connection to ensure every person feels seen, cared for, and truly at home.

THE MIND

Emma

"I found meditation in my twenties, doing too much and feeling too little. I chased it after that - Asia, Sweden, the US, the Netherlands - training in breathwork and meditation wherever people took it seriously. It was never about becoming calmer. It was about finally being in the room I was already standing in. Now it's a daily practice, showing up as the version of me I actually want to be, not the one that's convenient. That's the job: build the space where people stop performing and start noticing. Breath first. Everything else follows."

Emma leads Ssoul Club's breathwork, meditation, and self-development programming - and everything that keeps the club running behind it.
