CANCELLATION POLICY

The €250 deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as credit for any other SSOUL CLUB program within 6 months. Cancel more than 2 months before the retreat: full refund minus the deposit. Cancel 1–2 months before: 50% of the total refunded. Cancel within 1 month: no refund available. We understand life happens, reach out if something urgent comes up and we'll do our best to support you.
